AbstractThe experience with 1023 epidural-sacral anesthesias for hemorrhoids, paraproctites, chronic anal fissures, anal papillomas has shown the method to be effective, technically simple, safe and parsimonious. The epidural-sacral anesthesia can be widely used in small proctology.
