AbstractExperimental (15 experiments in dogs) and clinical (56 patients) investigations have established two-phase changes in the system of hemostasis: hypocoagulation (first 2-3 days after trauma) changed by hypercoagulation (within 2-3 weeks after trauma). Antifibrinolytic and anticoagulative drugs are recommended for the prevention of hemorrhages and thromboses introduced under the control of hemostasis indices.
