AbstractAn unusual volar and radial perilunate transscaphoid fracture dislocation is reported. Treatment of perilunate transscaphoid fracture dislocations by closed reduction often produces a poor result. Early open reduction may be followed by a good result, but if open reduction is impossible, proximal row carpectomy is advised.
