AbstractRenal-cell carcinoma (RCC) during pregnancy is rare. Laparoscopic nephrectomy has been used effectively and safely in nonpregnant patients with RCC. We report a case of a 34-year-old pregnant woman with RCC, which we believe to be the first such case to be managed by laparoscopic nephrectomy.
