    AbstractCongenital lung lesions (CLLs) comprise a heterogeneous group of developmental and histologic entities often diagnosed on screening prenatal ultrasound. Most fetuses with CLL are asymptomatic at birth; however, the risk of malignancy and infection drives the decision to prophylactically resect these lesions. The authors describe their approach to minimally invasive lobectomy in children with CLLs, postoperative care, and management of procedure-specific complications.Copyright © 2017 Elsevier Inc.
