    AbstractTen patients with histories of postpsychotic depression responsive to adjunctive imipramine added to fluphenazine decanoate and benztropine underwent a double-blind trial of imipramine discontinuation 6 months after responding to the adjunctive imipramine. Discontinuation of imipramine was associated with depressive relapse.
