AbstractProblems and complications exhibited by neurology patients are identified so that the proper nursing care actions can be determined and appropriate treatment can be initiated. A look at the various problems that might appear include: respiratory, nutrition and hydration, urinary and intestinal elimination, musculoskeletal and circulatory, emotional, communication and security. Lastly, some little known considerations are discussed regarding the nursing implications of caring for these individuals.
