    ObjectiveTo analyze the rules of medicinal groups that doctors treat angina pectoris using Danhong injection.MethodTwo thousands and seventy cases from hospital information system of 10 hospitals in Beijing 3a grade hospital were collected. Then use frequencies to find the most common drug and use association rules with apriori algorithm to analyze doctor's prescription compatibility rules curing coronary heart disease.ResultThe compatibility among aspirin, oral nitrate, oral dose of clopidogrel and oral dose of Xintong was the most frequently used medicinal groups with Danhong injection in real world HIS database.ConclusionDanhong injection was used at treatment of coronary heart disease is often combination with similar pharmacological effects chemical drugs. Doctors should balance the benefits and the risks.
