AbstractThe previously recognized modes of therapy for symptomatic broncholithiasis are broncholithectomy via surgery or bronchoscopy. A 46-year-old woman with bilateral partial bronchial obstruction was treated with Nd-YAG laser with complete resolution of symptoms and of airway obstruction.
