ObjectiveTo explore the clinical dose of Xiyanping injection, and find the relationship between dose and age.MethodWe collected HIS data from 3rd grade hospitals, and integrated the data to be a data warehouse; selected the completed records in the fields of age and dosage of intravenous drip; completed the missing data in dosage unit according to the analysis of completed records; then we made the analysis.ResultDoctors choose to use a low dose. The relation between dosage and age of Xiyanping injection might be depicted with a quadratic polynomial.ConclusionThere is correlation between dosage and age of Xiyanping injection, and the correlation might be depicted with a quadratic polynomial.
