Dr Kim is Professor of Pediatrics and Molecular Microbiology and Immunology, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Bloomberg School of Public Health; and Director, Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Johns Hopkins Children's Center, Baltimore, MD.
