AbstractChronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) is one of the myeloproliferative disorders characterized by Philadelphia chromosome presence. Contrary to Western countries, most CML patients in Indonesia present symptoms with splenomegaly as the most common finding. It is rare to find asymptomatic CML patients. We present a case of asymptomatic chronic-phase chronic myeloid leukemia BCR-ABL (+) without splenomegaly who achieved a hematologic and molecular response to imatinib.
