AbstractA 75-year-old man presented with bilateral frontal hematomas owing to a dural arteriovenous fistula involving an isolated segment of the superior sagittal sinus. After an unsuccessful attempt of transarterial endovascular embolization of the dural arteriovenous fistula, the fistula was occluded using a transvenous approach through recanalization of the occluded superior sagittal sinus.Copyright © 2022 Elsevier Inc.
