AbstractWe report about a new-born child with a nearly generalized bullous epidermolysis. The diagnosis Epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica (Cockayne-Touraine) was determined by repeated investigations with electron microscopy. Differnetialdiagnosis and therapeutic possibilities are discussed.
