AbstractA 19-year-old multipara was delivered of a living infant by postmortem cesarean 22 minutes after documented maternal cardiac arrest and 47 minutes from the fatal injury. Neonatal follow-up at 18 months of age demonstrated no evidence of neurologic damage.
