AbstractThe Twiddler's syndrome is an uncommon, but potentially life-threatening complication in patients with an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. Early identification of repetitive vicious attitudes and a periodic radiological follow-up in predisposed patients, may be useful in the primary prevention of this syndrome.
