AbstractPancreatic pseudocysts are rare in children. Traumatic injury accounts for 80% of the cases. We present the case of a pancreatic injury with pseudocyst formation in a child and discuss the initial management of pancreatic injury as well as the treatment of pseudocyst formation in children.
