ObjectiveIn order to raise understanding of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) with Sweet's syndrome(SS).MethodsThe characteristics of MDS with SS were discussed with literature review.Results And ConclusionsThe characteristics of MDS with SS were as follows: 1. SS associated with MDS was a systemic disease, involving lung, liver, spleen, myocardium, mesentery and subcutaneous fat tissue, besides cutaneous lesions. The article reported the thyroid gland involved by SS with MDS for the first time. 2. SS with MDS might occur with neutropenia. 3. SS with MDS was a marker of advancing MDS. MDS with SS was transformed to acute myelogenous leukemia easily.
