AbstractDuring laparoscopic cholecystectomy, distended gallbladder can create exposure difficulties, that precludes adequate visualization, thus rendering laparoscopic dissection impossible and even unsafe. To overcome this problems, we devised a simple technique for the decompression of distended gallbladders.
