AbstractPerinatal arrhythmias may occur either during fetal life or in the early neonatal period. These arrhythmias include both tachycardias and bradycardias. This article presents a brief overview of fetal and neonatal arrhythmias concentrating on their presentation, diagnosis, and treatment.
