Here are some strategies that will help you keep things running smoothly. Determine your department's "tipping point," beyond which you must consider regulatory waivers to maintain efficient flow. Arrange for alternate treatment sites off-campus. Design a simplified screening process in the event of a medical screening exam (MSE) waiver.
