AbstractObjective or objectifiable clinical findings are essential and of great value to the medical expert to evaluate the state of illness or disability. Drug level testing provides objective data and therefore has to be performed to rate drug therapy and compliance and to reveal attempted deceptions by the test person in the assessment of chronic pain syndromes.
