    AbstractAirway management in developmentally challenged, and often uncooperative, patients presents difficulty for the anesthesiologist and may be further complicated by severe trismus. We describe a case wherein the use of the Molt mouth gag significantly facilitated airway control using fiberoptic tracheal intubation.
