    AbstractThe paper considers the technological aspects of evidence-based medicine: organization of highly reliable studies; systematized analysis of published data; analysis of the sensitivity and specificity of diagnostic methods, and development of therapeutic and diagnostic recommendations and reliable predictive criteria. It also presents a databank on brain injury available at the Academician N. N. Burdenko Research Institute of Neurosurgery, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.
