AbstractGrowing hypercoagulation is revealed in patients with a critical mechanical trauma parallel with a pronounced prolonged activation of lipid peroxidation. The disorders in the lipid metabolism and hemostasis system are most pronounced in a complicated course of the trauma disease and its unfavorable outcome.
