AbstractClinical and morphological peculiarities of healing burn wounds with the help of hemosorption in therapy of critically burned patients were studied. The data obtained have shown positive effects of the method on the course of wound processes. The formation of crust, demarcation zone, granulation tissue, processes of fibrillogenesis and collagenogenesis accelerated. Epithelization of burned surface occurred 3-4 days earlier than in patients without hemosorption and the surface area of total epithelization of the burn surface was 15-20% greater.
