    AbstractBy doing humanitarian work, we improve the human race. This article describes one nurse's humanitarian aid adventure in Guatemala and provides information about volunteering while encouraging nurses to consider doing the same. It tells how and where to volunteer and describes the benefits humanitarian aid bestows.
