    BackgroundFew data exist on treating spinal cord endometriosis.CaseTotal excision of the endometriotic lesion, followed by a bilateral oophorectomy and aromatase inhibitor therapy, led to a clinical improvement.ConclusionAttempts at total removal of spinal cord endometriosis may be safer after achieving pharmacologic control.
