AbstractUnder study were results of treatment of 150 patients with multiple and associated injuries of the upper extremities. Shock took place in 44% of the patients. Early fixation of the fractures of the upper extremities allowed a successful treatment of other injuries as well. The primary invalidization made up 12% mainly because of the amputation of the upper extremities.
