AbstractOn the basis of probit-analysis of results of treatment of 10,670 burned patients a prognostic model of the trauma outcome was created as a coordinate network. The model is very accurate, sensitive, specific and simple in use that allows it to be applied for prognosis of burn trauma outcomes in the early period after trauma, especially in organization of medical-evacuation work in places of appearance of mass burns. The model is a standard for the assessment of new protocols of treatment and can serve a criterion of the efficiency of work of intensive care units in burn centers.
