AbstractDespite uneven regulation, health practitioners registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency have immediate and continuing obligations to patients when contemplating practice closure. Recent enforcement actions by regulators highlight the importance of knowledge and compliance with requirements relating to record management.
