AbstractMastocytosis is a disorder with potential anaesthesia complications. Reviewing the literature, anaesthetic management of mastocytosis is controversial. We report the successful use of remifentanil and sevoflurane in a woman with systemic mastocytosis. No reaction nor histamine release was observed in these cases.
