AbstractWe report a case of primary diffuse tracheobronchial amyloidosis in a 72-year-old lady who presented with a long history of recurrent cough, dyspnoea, wheezing, haemoptysis and chest infection. She was treated successfully with three sessions of laser therapy. There were improvements in both clinical symptoms and measurements of airway obstruction. Bronchodilators and oral prednisolone were not required after treatment.
