AbstractBecause of the nursing shortage, your hospital has recruited RNs from outside the country. Some nurses want to petition to have the recruitment stopped. They cite concern about staff cohesiveness and a few complaints from patients about communication problems. You feel caught in the middle since you know there are high-quality nurses among the recruits. What would you do?
