The most common postoperative inconveniences after breast cancer surgery are pain, nausea and vomiting, which contribute to reduced patient satisfaction, prolonged hospital stays and delayed courses of rehabilitation. We propose a prophylactic combination of Dexametason, Ondansteron, Paracetamol, Celecoxib, Gabapentin and Detromethorphan as future treatment.
