Comparative StudyComparison of ultrasound- and computed tomography-guided pulsed radiofrequency in treating ophthalmic branch postherpetic neuralgia: a retrospective study.
The objective of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety between ultrasound- and computed tomography-guided pulsed radiofrequency in treating ophthalmic branch postherpetic neuralgia. ⋯ Both ultrasound- and computed tomography-guided supraorbital nerve pulsed radiofrequencys have good efficacy in treating the ophthalmic branch postherpetic neuralgia. Compared with the computed tomography-guided pulsed radiofrequency, the ultrasound-guided pulsed radiofrequency has faster puncture operation and is safer. It is more worthy of clinical applications.

Comparative StudyFemale genital mutilation and urinary incontinence: an analytical comparison with Sudan's prevalent demography.
Female genital mutilation/cutting impacts over 200 million women globally and is linked to obstetric complications as well as long-term urogynecological and psychosexual issues that are frequently overlooked and inadequately addressed. This study aimed to assess the impact of female genital mutilation/cutting on urinary incontinence. ⋯ A higher proportion of mutilated participants, specifically those with infibulation, are afflicted with symptoms of incontinence.

Comparative StudyComparative performance of artificial ıntelligence models in physical medicine and rehabilitation board-level questions.
The aim of this study was to compare the performance of artificial intelligence models ChatGPT-3.5, ChatGPT-4, and Google Bard in answering Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation board-style questions, assessing their capabilities in medical education and potential clinical applications. ⋯ The study illustrates the potential of artificial intelligence in medical education and clinical settings, with ChatGPT-4 showing a slight edge in performance. It emphasizes the importance of artificial intelligence as a supportive tool for physiatrists, despite the need for careful oversight of artificial intelligence-generated responses to ensure patient safety.

Comparative Study Observational StudyAssessment of cognitive function in elderly patients with heart failure.
To compare the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) tests for the identification of cognitive deficit (CD) in elderly patients with heart failure (HF). ⋯ It was concluded that the MMSE test performed better than the MoCA test in the identification of CD in elderly patients with HF.
