Observational StudyDiagnostic Fibreoptic Bronchoscopy at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital.
Fibreoptic bronchoscopy is one of the most vital procedures performed in health care setting. Globally, several studies have reported findings of fibreoptic bronchoscopy while only few studies have been reported in Nepal. The aim of this study was to perform two year retrospective analysis of diagnostic fibreoptic bronchoscopy at tertiary referral centre. ⋯ Fibreoptic bronchoscopy is an extremely useful tool for evaluation of tracheobronchial pathology. Baseline bronchoscopic findings from tertiary referral centre in Nepal was obtained in this study.

Outline of Hand and Wrist Injuries Presenting to an Emergency of a Tertiary Care Centre in Nepal.
Hand and wrist injuries are getting commoner with increasing incidence of injuries and accidents. This study aims to identify the prevalence and pattern of hand and wrist injuries presenting to the emergency department of a tertiary care center of Nepal. ⋯ Hand and wrist injuries constitute a substantial number of casesseen and managed in the emergency department.Therefore, public health measures should be taken to reduce RTI, fall injury and occupational accidents. Andit is of paramount importance that emergency care giver attends these injuries properly and timely and establishes a good referral system as and when necessary.

Role of Coping in Stress, Anxiety, Depression among Nursing Students of Purbanchal University in Kathmandu.
Unresolved stress among nursing students may occur due to the failure to use effective coping strategies, which may lead to problems such as anxiety and depression.The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of stress, anxiety and depression among nursing students and examine its relationship with coping styles. ⋯ The findings can be sourced to create awareness among faculty and administrators of nursing colleges regarding high occurrence of stress, anxiety and depression among students. Future studies can focus on the need to establish the counseling centers in nursing colleges that may aid in teaching students the effective coping strategies.

Effect of Head Elevation to Different Heights in Laryngeal Exposure with Direct Laryngoscopy.
The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal pillow height for the best laryngoscopic view in adult patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia. ⋯ The use of 5cm pillow in the 'sniffing' position obtains the best laryngoscopic view during direct laryngoscopy.

The conflict is a disagreement within oneself or differences or dispute among persons that has potential to cause harm. It is inevitable and may occur in any profession including healthcare. It could be among any group of healthcare professionals or healthcare team between different group of healthcare professionals or between patient and any of the member of healthcare team. ⋯ The issue in conflict is not its existence, rather its management. When it is managed poorly, the outcome will be uncomplimentary with counterproductive results and if managed properly, it encourages competition, recognize legitimate differences and becomes powerful source of motivation.
