Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound superb microvascular imaging for lymph nodes: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.
As a novel ultrasound technique, superb microvascular imaging can quickly, simply and noninvasively study the microvascular distribution in the tumor and evaluate the microvascular perfusion. Studies suggested that superb microvascular imaging is helpful for the differentiation between benign and malignant lymph nodes. However, the results of these studies have been contradictory. Therefore, the present meta-analysis aimed at determining the accuracy of superb microvascular imaging in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant lymph nodes. ⋯ INPLASY202070133.

Surgery is the most common and effective therapy for anal fistula, while the postoperative complication, such as pain, edema, pruritus, turgescence, and exudation in surgical wound, can have serious impact on wound healing and patients' quality of life. Chinese herbal fumigant and lotion have been commonly used in postoperative treatment and achieved satisfied effect in China. However, clinical evidence-based literature of Chinese herbal fumigant and lotion for postoperative anal fistula is not sufficient. This protocol is described for a systematic review to investigate the beneficial effects. ⋯ CRD42020164975.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a disease of the urinary system. It is common in middle-aged and elderly men. Moxibustion is widely used to manage BPH and the associated lower urinary tract symptoms, but there is still lack of systematic review of moxibusiton for BPH. So the aim of this review is to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of moxibustion in the treatment of BPH. ⋯ CRD42020190630.

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Comparison of intrathecal morphine versus local infiltration analgesia for pain control in total knee and hip arthroplasty: A meta-analysis.
The purpose of this meta-analysis was to comprehensively collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to assess the clinical efficacy of intrathecal morphine (ITM) versus local infiltration analgesia (LIA) in the treatment of total knee and hip arthroplasty patients. ⋯ LIA was an effective approach for relieving postoperative pain and reducing postoperative consumption of morphine compared with ITM in total knee and hip arthroplasty patients.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Comparison of ropivacaine plus sufentanil and ropivacaine plus dexmedetomidine for labor epidural analgesia: A randomized controlled trial protocol.
Effective analgesia during delivery can not only decrease pain, but also have a significant function in ensuring the safety of baby and mother. Sufentanil is generally used opioid with ropivacaine in epidural anesthesia in labor pain management; however it can cause some adverse reaction. Dexmedetomidine is an a2-adrenoceptor agonist with high selectivity. It possesses opioid-sparing and analgesic effects and it is suitable for the long-term and short-term intraoperative sedation. The purpose of this present study is to compare the analgesic effect of ropivacaine with dexmedetomidine against ropivacaine with sufentanyl in epidural labor. ⋯ This current work can provide a primary evidence regarding the clinical outcomes of dexmedetomidine versus sufentanil for labor epidural analgesia.
