Bronchial involvement alone is a rare initial manifestation of granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA). Herein, we report a case of refractory GPA with obstructive pneumonia caused by bronchial involvement. ⋯ GPA with bronchial involvement is often intractable and requires careful follow-up, which should include upper respiratory tract and hypertrophic pachymeningitis assessment.

Primary extranodal natural Killer/T-cell lymphoma in a child in the colon: A case report.
Primary extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) rarely occurs in childhood and adolescence. To the best of our knowledge, ENKTL of childhood in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract has not been reported yet. ⋯ ENKTL of childhood in the GI tract is extremely rare. Due to the non-specific clinical symptoms, it is easy it is easy not to think of this differential diagnosis at early stage. If patients have GI symptoms, ENKTL cannot easily be ignored. It is necessary to diagnose ENKTL of childhood in the GI tract by morphology and immunohistochemistry, and to differentiate from the GI T-cell lymphomas. We hope this case may serve as a reference improving clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the biliary tract with cardiac metastasis: A case report.
Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the biliary tract (IPNB) is a rare, low-grade neoplasm limited to the bile duct mucosa. The malignant transformation rate is low, and there have been limited reports of metastasis to other organs. Herein, we presented a rare case of a patient who was diagnosed with IPNB concurrent with invasive adenocarcinoma after surgery and was diagnosed with cardiac metastasis 6 months later. ⋯ To our knowledge, no other case of cardiac metastasis found during observation after surgery for an IPNB has been described. IPNBs are known to be less aggressive and to have a lower metastasis rate than intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms; therefore, the number of case reports describing metastasis after surgery is relatively low. Our case suggests that close observation is necessary in patients diagnosed with an IPNB.

Pulmonary artery sling (PAS) is a rare congenital anomaly. Associated airway anomalies and/or those of the cardiovascular system are present in about half the patients. Situs inversus is a rare disease in which organs of the chest and/or abdomen are arranged in a mirror image reversal of their normal position. Herein, we report a rare case of pulmonary artery sling and situs inversus incompletus, which has not yet been reported. ⋯ A thorough examination before PAS surgery was essential in discovering and carefully evaluating complicated heart and lung anomalies.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is a common reason for chronic liver disease in children and adults. The increasing incidence of the disease has become one of the most critical public health problems in the 21st century, closely related to genetic and environmental factors. So far, apart from changing lifestyle and diet, modern medicine still lacks effective treatment measures. Chinese patent medicine has the advantages of apparent curative effect, overall regulation and fewer side effects. However, there is a lack of research on the simultaneous comparison of various Chinese patent medicines. Therefore, we used a reticular meta-analysis to indirectly compare the efficacy and safety of different oral Chinese patent medicines through standard reference. ⋯ 2020120068.
