Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is the only bacterium in the stomach. It is characterized by its ability to adhere to gastric mucosa and cause a series of pathological changes in the gastric mucosa. Modern research shows that Hp is an important pathogenic factor for chronic gastritis, gastroduodenal ulcer, and gastric cancer. Triple, quadruple, and triple combinations of antibacterial drugs, proton pump inhibitors, and bismuth aluminate preparations have been developed in modern medical research. Sequential therapy is used to treat Hp, but antibiotic resistance and repeated infections still exist. A large number of clinical trials have proved that traditional Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect on Hp. In this systematic review, we aim to evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hp. ⋯ This systematic review will evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for Hp infection. Because all data used in this systematic review and meta-analysis have been published, this review does not require ethical approval.

Pediatric obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is significant public concern. Clinical practice indicates that montelukast has certain therapeutic advantages, while there is a lack of evidence-based medicine support. The aim of this study is to synthesize related data to explore efficacy and safety of montelukast for pediatric OSAS. ⋯ CRD42020146940.

Efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage: A protocol of randomized controlled trial.
Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) is the most serious complication of hypertension. Clearing intracranial hematoma as soon as possible, reducing brain cell edema, and controlling intracranial pressure could effectively reduce neuron damage, lower patient mortality, and improve patient prognosis. At present, minimally invasive surgery (MIS) has been widely used and plays an important role in the treatment of HICH. However, it is still in controversies about the choice of surgical treatment and medication treatment for HICH. Therefore, we try to conduct a randomized, controlled, prospective trial to observe the efficacy of MIS treatment against HICH compared with medication treatment. ⋯ The findings of the study will be helpful for the choice of MIS and conservative treatment when treating HICH patients.

Spino-pelvic sagittal parameters are closely related to the lumbar degenerative diseases. The present study aims to compare clinical results and spino-pelvic sagittal balance treated with oblique lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) in patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis at single segment. We retrospectively reviewed and compared 28 patients who underwent OLIF (OLIF group) and 35 who underwent TLIF (TLIF group). ⋯ The OLIF group had lower VAS scores for back pain and ODI compared after surgery (P < .05). It can be concluded that there are exactly differences in improvement of radiographic parameters between 2 approaches, which confirmed that OLIF is better in restoring spinal alignment. Besides, due to the unique minimally invasive approach, OLIF did exhibit a greater advantage in early recovery after surgery.
