Review Case Reports
Prenatal diagnosis and ultrasonographic findings of partial trisomy of chromosome 6q: A case report and review of the literature.
Partial trisomy of the long arm of chromosome 6 syndrome is a rare chromosomal disorder with distinctive phenotypic expressivity, in which cytogenetic abnormalities are usually reported in infancy and childhood. Ultrasonographic findings on trisomy of the distal long arm of chromosome 6 in previous studies are limited. ⋯ Ultrasonographic findings of fetal abnormalities, including microcephaly, an acoustic image of a transparent septum, a flat nasal bridge, right pulmonary artery stenosis, and a single umbilical artery, may be related to a 22.104-Mb duplication of 6q24.3q27 and a 0.784-Mb deletion of 20p13. More ultrasonographic and genotype studies are required to extend the phenotypic characterization of partial trisomy 6q syndrome.

Polymorphism in miR-27a rs895819 has been associated with breast cancer (BC) risk, but studies have reported inconsistent results. This meta-analysis investigated the possible association between miR-27a rs895819 polymorphism and BC risk. ⋯ These results indicate that among Caucasians, the wild-type AA genotype at rs895819 may confer increased susceptibility to BC, while the G-allele and AG genotype may be protective factors. These conclusions should be verified in large, well-designed studies.

Randomized Controlled Trial
The effectiveness of specialized nursing interventions for patients with Parkinson disease: A randomized controlled study protocol.
The purpose of this experiment is to evaluate the impact of the care of Parkinson disease nurse specialist on improving motor symptoms and life quality for patients with Parkinson disease (PD). ⋯ The Parkinson's disease nurse specialist care may promote the life quality in the PD patients.

Observational Study
Medical treatment of 55 patients with COVID-19 from seven cities in northeast China who fully recovered: A single-center, retrospective, observational study.
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an emerging disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2; no specific effective medication to treat the disease has been identified to date. We aimed to investigate the administered medications and intervention times for patients who completely recovered from COVID-19. This single-center, retrospective, observational study included 55 patients with COVID-19 who were transferred to Shenyang Sixth People's Hospital between January 20 and March 15, 2020. ⋯ Prophylactic administration of common antibiotics may reduce the risk of co-infection. The use of glucocorticoids is usually not necessary. Randomized, double-blind, and controlled trials remain necessary for more accurate conclusions.

Radiotherapy is one of the essential components of breast cancer treatment. It destroys the remaining cells in the chest area after breast cancer surgery and is useful for reducing the necessity of mastectomies. As a single dose of radiation at the time of breast conserving surgery, intraoperative radiotherapy delivers radiotherapy directly and accurately to the tumor itself or the tumor bed whilst delivering minimal dose to the surrounding normal tissues. Hypofractionated postmastectomy radiotherapy with shorter and more convenient hypofractionated dose schedules might help to treat more patients and reduce cost. We will conduct a comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis to compare the effectiveness of these 2 therapies in the management of early stage breast cancer. ⋯ INPLASY2020110115.
