Review Case Reports
Sintilimab-induced erythema multiforme drug eruption in the treatment of sigmoid colon cancer: A case report and literature review.
Dermatologic toxicity has been reported as the most common immune-related side effect of programmed cell death 1 inhibitors. Previous reports related to Sintilimab include rash, pruritus, vitiligo, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, and so on. ⋯ This is the first reported case of Sintilimab-induced erythema multiforme drug eruption. It is advisable to inform patients of potential dermatologic toxicity that may occur after using immune checkpoint inhibitors, so that we may prevent the further development of it and avoid the discontinuation of immune checkpoint inhibitors.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Clinical efficacy of dexamethasone on diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with acute pancreatitis: A randomized controlled study.
This study aimed to provide a clinical basis for the therapy of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) complicated with acute pancreatitis (AP) through exploring the clinical efficacy of dexamethasone. ⋯ Dexamethasone has a good clinical effect on DKA patients complicated with AP.

Meta Analysis
Comparative efficacy of Chinese herbal injections for treating endometrial carcinoma: A Bayesian network meta-analysis.
In view of the limitations of chemotherapy (CT) for endometrial carcinoma (EC) and the extensive use of Chinese herbal injections (CHIs), this network meta-analysis (NMA) compared the efficacy and safety of 6 CHIs combined with CT for EC. ⋯ Current evidence revealed that CHIs combined with CT have a better impact on patients with EC than CT alone. It's possible that KangAi, Aidi, and Eshuyou infusion are the best CHIs for EC. Additionally, more high-quality RCTs are required in order to further corroborate the findings due to NMA's limitations.

It has always been wondered how the muscle volumes of the lumbar region are affected on the convex and concave sides of the curvature in idiopathic scoliosis (IS) and their possible differences compared to healthy individuals. Muscular changes in individuals with IS have generally been tried to be determined by measurements such as muscle cross-sectional area. However, since the changes in the locomotor system in scoliosis affect the anatomical structures of the muscles such as origin and insertion, the reliability of muscle cross-sectional area measurement decreases. ⋯ When the IS group was compared with the control group, both muscle volumes were significantly lower in the IS group bilaterally than in the control group (P < .001). It was observed that individuals with IS developed atrophy in the lumbar muscles of both sides of the curve, mostly on the concave side of the curve, compared to healthy individuals. We think that these results will be important in planning appropriate physical therapy for individuals with IS.

Sarcopenia, as an increasingly pressing clinical issue, can be ameliorated through employment of traditional Chinese medicines. However, the current lack of specific pharmacological interventions for Sarcopenia necessitates further exploration of novel possibilities in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this condition, utilizing advanced methodologies such as web pharmacology and data mining. Screening the essential targets of Sarcopenia, conducting matching between target and active molecules, as well as active molecules and herbs. ⋯ Furthermore, molecular docking analysis indicates that the main active components of the herbs can be observed to tightly bind with the targets. Through network pharmacology and molecular docking, our findings reveal that herbs contain 15 key active components and 5 key targets, which correspond to 7 major herbs and 2 new formulas. Academically, these findings hold significant reference value for the development of novel drugs targeting Sarcopenia.
