Wrist arthroscopy technology is a surgical technology invented in recent years and widely used in clinical treatment of various wrist diseases. This study uses the methods of bibliometrics and visual analysis to understand the global research status, research hotspots, and future development trends of wrist arthroscopy. ⋯ Wrist arthroscopy has shown tremendous potential in treating various wrist diseases. However, there are still some challenges in its research domain. With continuous deep research, strengthened international collaboration, and ongoing technological advancements, wrist arthroscopy has the potential to become the standard treatment in hand surgery, offering more efficient and safer treatment options for patients worldwide.

Ultrasound-guidance is applied during the administration of Korean medicine (KM) interventions to improve the safety and effectiveness of the interventions. Although many case series and reports on the use of ultrasound-guided KM interventions have been reported, no study has investigated the current use of ultrasound-guidance in clinical practice by doctors of Korean medicine (KMDs). An online survey was conducted with questions examining the status of ultrasound-guidance usage among KMDs practicing in various KM clinical settings. ⋯ Moreover, 94.9% of KMDs agreed with the necessity for reimbursement of ultrasound-guidance in KM under national health insurance coverage. Most KMDs responded that they had positive perceptions regarding the clinical use of ultrasound-guidance in KM in terms of treatment effects, safety, and patient satisfaction, and the need for national health insurance coverage of the service. Our findings may provide practice-based evidence for conducting clinical studies.

EBER-negative inflammatory pseudotumor-like follicular dendritic cell sarcoma of liver: A case report.
Inflammatory pseudotumor-like follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (IPT-like FDCS) of the liver is rare. It was previously believed that Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) positivity was a necessary criterion for pathological diagnosis. However, we found that there were also cases of EBV negativity. Therefore, clinicians and pathologists are reminded that EBV positivity is not a necessary condition for diagnosis. ⋯ IPT-like FDCS is a rare tumor that lacks definitive criteria, and its diagnosis mainly relies on pathological findings. Previously, it was believed that being EBV-positive was an important condition for diagnosis. Primary IPT-like FDCS in the liver is even rarer, and the patient in this case tested negative for EBV. It may be necessary for pathologists to consider the role of EBV in the diagnosis of IPT-like FDCS.

This study aimed to examine whether dried fruit intake is causally associated with Osteoarthritis (OA). A two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis using the inverse-variance weighted (IVW), weighted median (WM), and MR-Egger regression methods was performed. We used the publicly available summary statistics data sets of genome-wide association studies (GWAS) meta-analyses for dried fruit intake in individuals included in the UK Biobank (n = 421,764; MRC-IEU consortium) as the exposure and a GWAS publicly available in PubMed for OA (total n = 484,598; case = 39,515, control = 445,083) as the outcome. ⋯ However, the WM approach yielded evidence of a causal association between dried fruit intake and OA (beta = -0.026, SE = 0.012, P = .026). Cochran's Q test showed the existence of heterogeneity, but the statistics of I2 showed low heterogeneity. The results of MR analysis support that dried fruit intake may be causally associated with a decreased risk of OA.

To investigate the relationship between ethical reasoning confidence and self-esteem among female nursing students for enhancing the quality of work life. A necessary component of professional competence and a prerequisite for high-quality care is ethical reasoning confidence competence. As well as, self-esteem is the subjective perception of one's own worth and significance. ⋯ Data revealed that self-esteem was accounted for the prediction of 54% of positive variance of nursing students' behaviors toward ethical reasoning confidence and 78% of the variance of their attitudes toward ethical reasoning confidence. Self-esteem is a significant determinant of nursing students' behaviors and attitudes toward their ethical reasoning confidence. Further research is required to ascertain whether this approach enhances nursing students' moral decision-making, moral reasoning, practical considerations, and acquaintance with ethical concerns.
