Diagnosis of motor function injury based on near-infrared spectroscopy brain imaging (fNIRS) technology.
Most clinical stroke patients may have difficulty moving, affecting their self-care ability and quality of life, and causing serious interference with the normal life and work of other family members. At present, in clinical literature, researchers provide functional training for patients with motor disorders through repeated and effective training, which can ultimately effectively promote the recovery of limb function. ⋯ Therefore, it has become a promising method in the biomedical field, especially in the field of brain science. Based on the clinical effects of sports injury treatment, fNIRS technology is used to detect the hemodynamic changes of hemoglobin circulation in the patient's brain tissue during training, and to detect the brain activity mechanism in the exercise mechanism, providing a basis for the clinical application of this method.

CNN sensor based motion capture system application in basketball training and injury prevention.
Basketball is a high-intensity sport, and sports injuries often occur. Therefore, how to monitor the sports status of basketball players in real time, discover and prevent the occurrence of sports injuries in time, has become an urgent problem for athletes and coaches. In this paper, a motion capture system based on CNN sensor is proposed. ⋯ In this paper, convolutional neural network (CNN) is used to process and analyze motion data, so that the motion capture system has higher precision and accuracy. Through the training and optimization of CNN, the system can identify and analyze motion data more accurately, and improve the performance and effect of the motion capture system. The motion capture system based on CNN sensor can realize real-time monitoring and prevention of sports injuries for basketball players, provide more comprehensive, scientific and real-time sports data for athletes and coaches, help them better conduct training and adjust tactics, and improve the competitive level and safety of basketball games.

Standardized motion detection and real time heart rate monitoring of aerobics training based on convolution neural network.
In order to make the teaching and training of aerobics more standardized, it is necessary to use scientific means to detect and monitor the movement standardization in teaching and training and the change of human heart rate in the training process, but at present, there are some difficulties in both detection and monitoring, Therefore, this paper proposes to use the advantages of convolutional neural network to solve the current aerobics teaching problems of motion detection and heart rate monitoring. In the process of operation, the complete aerobics video needs to be divided into several different images, the standardized action image background needs to be eliminated, and then the visual error caused by the difficult action image needs to be corrected. ⋯ It can not only save the time of contact with the human body, but also integrate various information of the time dimension, reducing a lot of computing steps, saving a lot of computing resources for practical work, and promoting the improvement of system output signal quality to a certain extent. The result of the experiment also proves that the convolutional neural network can improve the accuracy of students' movement detection and heart rate change monitoring in aerobics teaching and training.

FABP5 inhibitor SBFI-26 regulates FOXM1 expression and Wnt signaling pathway in ovarian granulosa cell of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most prevalent endocrinopathy among females of reproductive age. Due to its unclear etiopathogenesis, it is of vital significance to take a deeper understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying PCOS. Quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR) and western blot were applied for detection of gene expression and protein expression individually. ⋯ More importantly, a novel FABP5 inhibitor, SBFI-26, was verified to downregulate the expression of FOXM1 to impede the proliferation of PCOS-OGC cells. In addition, SBFI-26 inactivates Wnt signaling pathway in PCOS-OGC cells. FABP5 inhibitor SBFI-26 regulates FOXM1 expression and Wnt signaling pathway in OGC of patients with PCOS, which might provide a new perspective into PCOS treatment.

Development and validation of LightGBM algorithm for optimizing of Helicobacter pylori antibody during the minimum living guarantee crowd based gastric cancer screening program in Taizhou, China.
Gastric cancer continues to be a significant health concern in China, with a high incidence rate. To mitigate its impact, early detection and treatment is key. However, conducting large-scale endoscopic gastric cancer screening is not feasible in China. ⋯ We conclude that H. pylori IgG appears to be able to be excluded from the prediction model without significantly affecting its performance, which is important from a health economic point of view. It suggests that screening indicators can be optimized, and expenditures reduced. These findings can have important implications for policymakers, as we can focus resources on other important aspects of gastric cancer prevention and control.
