In this study, we examined the effect of dietary conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on body fat levels in Sprague-Dawley rats. ⋯ In conclusion, dietary CLA, especially the low-fat diet, reduced body fat without hepatic injury to Sprague-Dawley rats.
