To determine the effect on patient radiation exposure of the combined use of a patient dose monitoring system and real-time occupational dose monitoring during fluoroscopically guided interventions (FGIs). ⋯ Combined use of a patient dose monitoring system and a real-time occupational dose monitoring system in FGIs significantly lessens patient and operator doses.

Treatment of Corticosteroid-Resistant Vascular Tumors Associated with the Kasabach-Merritt Phenomenon in Infants: An Approach with Transcatheter Arterial Embolization Plus Vincristine Therapy.
To investigate the effectiveness and application of transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) plus systemic vincristine for treatment of corticosteroid-resistant vascular tumors associated with Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon in infants. ⋯ TAE plus vincristine can rapidly improve levels of platelets and fibrinogen, and it is an effective method for treatment of corticosteroid-resistant vascular tumors associated with Kasabach-Merritt phenomenon in infants.

To determine the feasibility, safety, and long-term outcome of stent-graft insertion for endovascular repair of celiac artery aneurysm (CAA). ⋯ Stent-graft insertion is a safe and effective method for endovascular repair of CAA.
