Stent-graft repairs of visceral and renal artery aneurysms are effective and result in long-term patency.
To report on the long-term outcomes of endovascular exclusion of visceral and renal artery aneurysms with the use of stent-grafts. ⋯ Irrespective of their etiology and acuteness, VAAs can be treated with stent-grafts, with an excellent clinical long-term outcome and a high patency rate.

Comparative StudyTranslumbar hemodialysis catheters in patients with limited central venous access: does patient size matter?
To describe a single institutional experience with translumbar tunneled dialysis catheters (TDC) and compare outcomes between patients with normal and abnormal body mass index (BMI). ⋯ Translumbar TDC placement can provide effective hemodialysis in patients with limited venous reserve regardless of the patient's BMI. An abnormal BMI (>25) does not significantly affect complication rate, median catheter time in situ, or primary or secondary device service interval of translumbar TDCs.

Survival outcomes and prognostic factors of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for hepatic neuroendocrine metastases.
To report survival outcomes in patients with neuroendocrine tumor (NET) with hepatic metastasis who were treated by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization and determine prognostic factors that affect clinical outcome. ⋯ Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization is an effective treatment modality for hepatic metastasis from NETs, with a median OS of 38.6 months and response rate of 58%. Enterobiliary communication, large hepatic tumor burden, and extrahepatic metastasis were significant risk factors for poor survival outcome.
