Comparative StudyGenetic variation at 5 new autosomal short tandem repeat markers (D10S1248, D22S1045, D2S441, D1S1656, D12S391) in a population-based sample from Maghreb region.
To investigate allele distribution and genetic parameters of a population-based sample from Maghreb region. ⋯ Typing of the 5 new STR loci may provide a useful addition to the previously established sets of autosomal STRs.

Review Comparative StudyComparing pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement policies in Croatia to the European Union Member States.
To perform a comparative analysis of the pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement systems in Croatia and the 27 European Union (EU) Member States. ⋯ The Croatian pharmaceutical system is similar to those in the EU Member States. Key policies, like external price referencing and reference price systems, which have increasingly been introduced in EU countries are also applied in Croatia and serve the same purpose: to ensure access to medicines while containing public pharmaceutical expenditure.

Randomized Controlled TrialEffect of hyoscine-N-butyl bromide rectal suppository on labor progress in primigravid women: randomized double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial.
To determine the effects of hyoscine-N-butyl bromide (HBB) rectal suppository on labor progress in primigravid women. ⋯ Use of HBB rectal suppository in the active management of labor can shorten both the active phase and second stage of labor without significant side-effects.

Peace impact on health: population access to iodized salt in south Sudan in post-conflict period.
To determine the population access to salt/iodized salt during and after the armed conflict in south Sudan and to illustrate geographical variations in population consumption of iodized salt in south Sudan after the armed conflict. ⋯ Peace had positive impact on population access to iodized salt in south Sudan. Public health authorities in south Sudan need to establish quality monitoring and surveillance systems to track progress toward Universal Salt Iodization goal defined by the World Health Organization, United Nations Children's Fund, and the International Council for the Control of Iodine Deficiency Disorders.
