Managerial Quality and Risk of Depressive Disorders Among Danish Eldercare Workers: A Multilevel Cohort Study.
To examine whether low managerial quality predicts risk of depressive disorders. ⋯ Both low individual-level and low workplace-mean managerial quality predicted risk of depressive disorders. The association was strongest among individuals reporting low managerial quality at workplaces with high workplace-mean managerial quality.

Multiple Chemical Sensitivity: Review of the State of the Art in Epidemiology, Diagnosis, and Future Perspectives.
Systematic bibliography analysis of about the last 17 years on multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) was carried out in order to detect new diagnostic and epidemiological evidence. The MCS is a complex syndrome that manifests as a result of exposure to a low level of various common contaminants. The etiology, diagnosis, and treatment are still debated among researchers. ⋯ With this review, we give some general considerations and hypothesis for possible future research.

A National Study Links Nurses' Physical and Mental Health to Medical Errors and Perceived Worksite Wellness.
The aim of this study was to describe (1) nurses' physical and mental health; (2) the relationship between health and medical errors; and (3) the association between nurses' perceptions of wellness support and their health. ⋯ Wellness must be a high priority for health care systems to optimize health in clinicians to enhance high-quality care and decrease the odds of costly preventable medical errors.
