The radiological appearance of lung abscess is nonspecific and can masquerade as a mass lesion during the early phase. The treatment is primarily medical, but surgical treatment is necessary when the size is larger than 6 cm and when patients show any indications of massive hemoptysis, empyema, bronchial obstruction, and risk of cancer or when the medical treatment fails. A 55-year male patient presented with complaints of back pain over a period of two years with additional complaints such as fatigue and coughing up of blood. ⋯ The pathological results were consistent with abscess. The patient has no complaints six months after the surgical operation. Key Words: Lung abscess, Cavitary lesion, Lung cancer, PET scan.

Meta AnalysisDiagnostic Value of Urinary MicroRNAs for Bladder Cancer in Asia.
This study aimed to explore the diagnostic performance of urinary microRNAs (miRNAs) in bladder cancer (BC) in the Asian population. PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and Cochrane Library were searched for relevant literature on the diagnostic performance of miRNAs for BC in the Asian population. Subsequently, quality assessment on diagnostic accuracy studies-2 (QUADAS-2) was used for evaluating the quality of the included literature, and Stata version 15.0 for statistical analysis. ⋯ Additionally, the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.85 in the summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve, and the diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) was 12.39 (95%CI: 9.00-17.07). In conclusion, urinary miRNAs show good performance in diagnosing BC in Asia, and, therefore, can serve as effective biomarkers for early clinical screening and auxiliary diagnosis of BC. Key Words: MicroRNAs, Bladder cancer, Diagnostic value, Meta-analysis.

Randomized Controlled TrialEffect of Apical Patency on Postoperative Pain after Single-visit Endodontic Treatment in Necrotic Teeth with Asymptomatic Apical Periodontitis: A Randomised Control Trial.
To find out the effect of apical patency on postoperative pain after single-visit endodontic treatment in necrotic teeth with asymptomatic apical periodontitis. ⋯ Maintaining apical patency in necrosed teeth with asymptomatic apical periodontitis does not significantly reduce postoperative pain after single visit endodontic treatment. Key Words: Apical patency, Postoperative pain, Asymptomatic apical periodontitis.

Randomized Controlled TrialEffectiveness of Mobile Health Augmented Cardiac Rehabilitation on Behavioural Outcomes among Post-acute Coronary Syndrome Patients: A Randomised Controlled Trial.
To determine the effectiveness of mobile health augmented cardiac rehabilitation (MCard) on behavioural factors among post-acute coronary syndrome (post-ACS) patients. ⋯ The MCard positively impacts the post-ACS participants' behaviours in terms of physical activity, healthy eating, and salt restriction. MCard evidenced as a feasible intervention in terms of having lasting behaviour modification among this vulnerable patient population. Key Words: Acute coronary syndrome, Myocardial infarction, Cardiovascular diseases, Cardiac rehabilitation, Healthy diet, Physical activity, Smoking, Tobacco, Telemedicine, Lifestyle modification.
